Alan has gained diverse international experience, predominantly in the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors, as well as the nuclear and pharmaceuticals sectors. He worked extensively for BP, Hess and Borouge (ADNOC) in executive roles, most recently Vice President Corporate HSE and CEO Senior Advisor.
Alan also held the role in Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association of Director Responsible Care and Gulf SQAS, where he led the GCC regional programs, achieving global recognition.
Alan holds a M.Sc. in Safety and Risk Management, is a Chartered Health and Safety professional, Chartered Instrument and Control Engineer, and a member of the UK Business Continuity Institute.
Geoff Fennah MBE
Geoff has extensive international experience in the chemical industry with Unilever, SADAF (Shell / SABIC JV) and S-Chem (Chevron Philips / SIIG JV). He has worked in the Gulf Region since 1982, primarily involved with the design, construction, commissioning, startup, operation and expansion of several world scale petrochemical facilities.
Geoff has a diverse technical background including research, EHS Management Systems, Business Process Improvement and Operational Excellence. Geoff has a degree in Analytical Chemistry and M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering.
Geoff is a Chartered Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry as well as a Chartered Environmentalist. He was formerly Chairman, British Business Association in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Director of Sustainability and Environment
Reg is a chemical engineer (with MBA) with over 25 years’ experience in industry and consulting, at the operational and corporate board level. His areas of expertise include sustainability, business and EHS/sustainability management system design, implementation, auditing and certi cation, change management, pre-acquisition/divestiture due diligence, environmental impact assessment and industrial pollution control. Reg has led organizations that have provided these services across an extremely wide range of private and public sector organizations, covering diverse locations; Europe, Middle East, Asia-Paci c and Africa.
