Geoff Fennah MBEOperational Excellence

Geoff has extensive international experience in the chemical industry with Unilever, SADAF (Shell/ SABIC JV) and S-Chem (Chevron Philips / SIIG JV). He has worked in the Gulf Region since 1982, primarily involved with the design, construction, commissioning, startup, operation and expansion of several world scale petrochemical facilities. He has a diverse technical background including research, EHS Management Systems, Business Process Improvement and Operational Excellence. Geoff has a degree in Analytical Chemistry and M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering.
He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry as well as a Chartered Environmentalist. He was formerly Chairman, British Business Association in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Reg is a chemical engineer (with MBA) with over 25 years’ experience in industry and consulting, at the operational and corporate board level. His areas of expertise include sustainability, business and EHS/sustainability management system design, implementation, auditing and certification, change management, pre-acquisition/divestiture due diligence, environmental impact assessment and industrial pollution control. Reg has led organizations that have provided these services across an extremely wide range of private and public sector organizations, covering diverse locations; Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Africa.

Ahmed Al HazmiEnvironment

Dr. Hazmi is established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia delivering environmental sustainability. Key areas of expertise include environmental impact assessment, permitting, environmental and sustainability management, carbon and energy management, product stewardship and due diligence. His expertise and focus is the Middle East region born out of experience of working with clients that build and operate world-scale industrial facilities in addition to collaboration with Government entities, ensuring in-depth knowledge of government policies, regulations and thought leadership.

James Royds has over 20 years working globally in the resilience, risk, crisis, integrated emergency management, business and IT continuity management as a consultant, adviser and writer, delivering integrated solutions and services.

He is an Honorary Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI) where he served as Chairman for 2 years, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute FCMI, Specialist of the Risk Management Institute, a Member of BSI and a trained Lead Auditor for ISO 22301:2012.

Tom Keane specializes in measurably improving health and safety performance, through using both head (rational thought) and heart (emotions) to motivate people, improving their skills and knowledge, enabling them to manage individual and corporate risk. Dr Michael O’Donnell is an Occupational Physician with significant experience in the major sectors of industry and commerce, including Nuclear, Oil, Gas and Petrochemical, both in the UK and Middle East. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and an Honorary Visiting Professor in Occupational Health at the University of Salford. He has worked at senior levels in a range of organizations with experience of liaising with the highest levels of government up to Cabinet Ministerial level. His focus is wellbeing at work and ensuring occupational health and hygiene delivers business value.

Kashif RasheedProcess Safety & Performance Monitoring

Kashif has gained diverse experience in HSE, Process Safety & performance monitoring in the Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, Power, Pharmaceutical and Petrochemical Sectors in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan. He has worked for global Clients and Consultancy organizations leading and supporting the development, implementation and review of risk-based processes and operational safety programs. Kashif specializes in statistical analysis of HSE and Sustainability performance. He holds a Bachelors and Masters in Chemical Engineering and is NEBOSH Certified.

Al Madar adds value by working with Clients to overcome their sustainability challenges and environmental concerns with a remit to move towards sustainability and environmental excellence.

Tahir Jamal QadirSustainability & Responsible Care

Tahir is a chemical engineer with over 38 years of experience in the Petrochemicals, port operations and financial sectors, working over the last twenty-three years in the areas of performance management systems, including Sustainability, Quality, Responsible Care, Environment, Health, Safety, Security, GHG Accounting & Reporting, Business Continuity, Energy management and Asset management. Tahir joined the Gulf Petrochemicals & Chemicals Association (GPCA) in December 2009 and, as Director Responsible Care, led the establishment of the extremely successful Responsible Care initiative in the GCC.
